Shi Haohai

■ Master of Laws, Beijing Institute of International Relations, PhD in International Relations, University of South Carolina, USA.

■ Mr. Shi Haohai went to the United States to study in 1986, and was employed by Boston Intercontinental Energy Investment Group in 1993 as Vice president of Asia Pacific; In 1997, he served as Executive Director of i-Group Pacific Venture Capital Fund in Boston, focusing on venture capital.

■ After returning to China in 2002, founded a software company in Zhongguancun, Beijing and served as the president; Since 2004, he has cooperated with Morgan Stanley China and Ivy Capital Group in the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets and private investment.

■ Since 2007, he has been the senior advisor of AEA Private Equity Fund in China. He has rich experience in venture capital and private equity investment.
